You can hire the whole premises exclusively for private functions, such as parties and weddings. This is only available in off-peak weeks (not available at Christmas, New Year, half term and Easter weeks). We can design a custom package with you based around your specific needs and requirements. Venue hire – This includes all linen (tablecloths and napkins), glassware, crockery and silverware and tea light holders and candles. Seat covers and table runners are charged separately depending on your requirements. All staffing costs and TVA are inclusive. Our Facilities – We have the following facilities baby changing, childs play area with slide, disabled access and facilities, sufficient car parking plus parking at the telesiege (250 places), surround sound Sonos music system and free internet. We also welcome friendly dogs. Food – Our menu options reflect our approach to food, which is guided by a commitment to using the finest fresh and seasonal ingredients, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible. You can choose from one of the menu options provided or the chef de cuisine can create a bespoke menu for you based on your needs. We can also cater for any dietary or allergy requirements. We can seat up to 60 guests in the restaurant for the wedding breakfast and have the capacity for 120 guests for apero and buffet style entertainment. We also have a separate covered BBQ if you wish to offer a BBQ buffet or evening BBQ for guests. We can prepare a selection of different meats and salads for you. Drinks – You can have the option of an open bar for your guests or a choice from one of our drinks packages. We offer apéritifs, cocktails, champagne and a large selection of wines from the Valais, as well as some foreign wines. Photographer – We work closely with well known photographer from Verbier, Melody Sky. Melody has worked internationally with her photography and has been published in many newspapers, magazines and online. Melody is non traditional in her shooting style of weddings which has very much a natural reportage feel. She does like to charm the crowd in order to get the best out of them, although for the most part she likes to be as non obtrusive as possible. The fact that she has become Godmother to two children born to two couples who’s weddings she has photographed is a positive sign! Extras – Any extras you require such as wedding cakes, music and entertainment, flowers and decorations are priced separately depending on your requirements. Payment Options – A 50% deposit required on booking confirmation. Remaining balance due 30 days before the event date. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and post card are accepted. A payment plan option can be discussed if required.
